Survey on Attitudes of Police in Poland, Romania and Bulgaria

OMCT-Europe conducted a survey within police in Bulgaria, Romania and Poland. The main focus of this survey was the extent to which police in these countries have used force and excessive force in the past 12 months. The main findings of this survey are within the report "Human Rights and policing in Bulgaria, Romania and Poland: Trying to answer some important questions". This report also includes recommendation that have been made to the police and Ministries of the Interior pertaining to improvement of human rights compliance and also improvement of police performance.
